Apricot Chutney

My own special recipe for Apricot Chutney...yum!

    I'm waiting for the organic farm in Milwaukie to open its tomato fields for you-pick (~$0.60/pound). Then I'll do my marathon canning for tomato sauce. The season's a little late, but I'm hoping it will be open this Saturday since it's a long weekend!
